You can probably guess it … my professional passion lies in Human Resources in the broad sense of the word. That is also the reason why I have been active in HR services for most of my career, both in Operations as in Marketing and Sales.
As a Management Consultant, I have been mainly active in embedding strategy in organizations. This entails translating strategy into policy, objectives, organization and processes throughout various departments, guiding the change process and actively supporting the employees involved.
My approach is characterized by great personal involvement, dedication and action-orientation. This enables me to create maximum added value, to help teams and talents develop and to achieve ambitious results.
It is this passion and dedication that led me to become co-founder of The Circle of Wellbeing. I want to actively contribute to the development of future-oriented organizations that put their employees first, thereby offering individual talents and the company maximum opportunities for long-term success.
